Derek and the staff were wonderful!! We checked out of another hotel because we were treated rudely!! We had to check out by 11 am and had no place to go. We called The Desert Rose Resort and Derek answered the phone! What a wonderful voice! He was very helpful! Explained our situation and they let us check-in early with NO extra charge!! (Unheard of most of the time!) The Desert Rose Resort is a hidden GEM! It doesn't look like much on the outside BUT wait til you step inside the lobby! The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful! They have a huge lobby, a small bar inside that lobby and a beautiful pool on the outside. They also have a business center. They have daily activities for their guests! They also gave us a local activities book, a list of the local grocery stores, a list of free parking on the strip! We appreciated all the info. We got to our room and immediately loved it! A small kitchen, fully stocked with dishes and everything you needed to cook with!! A living room separate from the bedroom with a TV in each room. The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, which we love because I could be using the sink area while my husband was taking a shower etc.... Needless to say, we will be back!! We truly LOVED The Desert Rose Resort, Derek and the rest of the staff!!

location was very good. it is near to strip but calm and quiet. free parking available with no resort fee. Very good small attached kitchenet was very useful.

The location was good, 15min walk to Mandalay Bay. They did have a bar/restaurant onsite which is good for those who like to eat onsite. I did not eat here so not sure if the food was good.

Location is really close to Excalibur & MGN Grand Casinos ~ so easy for bus tours & the metro The swimming pool & spa were really nice The maintenance man was really helpful & was super fast in helping me when I had a question about my sinks (saw him by the swimming pool) It was good that I could opt out of daily servicing Anushka at front desk was really helpful with any of my questions S & fast check in The bed was comfortable - not too soft or lumpy The full kitchen/fridge&freezer was so helpful There are four sets of towels & 4 spa towels in the unit. Really convenient.
